Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!

As we gather with family and friends to celebrate the season, we are focused on the importance of these special moments and why we love to give gifts. The ability to give a loved one something special not only requires resources, but it really takes thought and time to consider what that “perfect” gift will be. The older I get, the more I value what's simple: experiences, time together and smaller, meaningful things. I also take more time to notice those who may not have resources or the time to find thoughtful gifts. Helping those people is what makes my holiday more special.

Thank you for all you do throughout the year to make life better for others. I am so blessed to be in the company of some of the most generous people I have ever known.

However you spend your holidays, I hope you find the true meaning of the season and that it brings you and your family great joy.

Happy Holidays!

Gail

GAS IS HOW MUCH?!

If the cost of gas has you thinking about buying a horse, consider carpooling to our weekly meetings and to service projects! It may get worse before it gets better, so don't let the cost of gas keep you from being an active Rotarian.
