PROGRAM:
Our program today was Gwenn Carr -- supported by Gary Englehardt -- .all about TT5 which is THIS COMING SUNDAY April 28, at the Holiday Inn from 4 to 7 P.M.
Gwenn reviewed where we are right now. We have 145 tickets sold -- waaaay too few. We have 13 food and drink Partners, 5 of whom have been there every year. And we have over $10,000 committed by our event sponsors, which is very good.
Gwenn and Gary still need some AW volunteers to move stuff from their house to the Holiday Inn the morning of Sunday April 28. Please contact Gwenn if you will help.
PLEASE send the names of your guests to Gwenn so the registration efforts will proceed quickly with the proper table assignments.
Gary distributed copies of a list of the ten LIVE auction items. Gwenn reviewed the list with us explaining just how fabulous each is.
Then a list of the approximately 140 items for the SILENT auction was distributed for us to review. Good stuff.
We are on our way, folks. We hope you all attend on Sunday -- and buy stuff too.
