 PROGRAM:
Pres. Jeanne introduced Dr. Bob Gordon to introduce Shawn Fejes who delivered his Classification Talk.

Shawn says he started in the Fitness Industry at age zero, i.e. right after birth by doing sit-ups. While in Middle School he was a wrestler. This experience came with some injuries. One dumb trick he did as a kid was hopping onto a moving freight train and falling off.

After High School Shawn began power lifting and body building. And he studied combat martial arts. And for a year in 2014-15 he operated his own Gym, then closed it. He switched his efforts to going to clients and teaching exercise skills and also learning from them.

Shawn was raised in the Lehigh Valley, has an 18 year old daughter from an early marriage who starts at Kutztown University next year, and has two older brothers.  He and wife, Michelle, have had 3 foster children. It was 11  month old baby daughter, Quinn, whom they passed around the AW Holiday Dinner Party to the delight of all. They plan to adopt her officially in March or April.

Shawn said that he entered a Mr. Universe contest with 400 others in Teaneck, NJ. He said he finished last, or close to it.

Shawn answered some questions. Then he thanked us for being his new friends.

CLOSING:
We closed our meeting by reciting the saying “One profits most who serves best.”
