The snow began early yesterday and continued through early this morning. So there were but eight dedicated members at this meeting. Your friendly scribe was not one of them.
Our Greeter today was Amir Famili, and he did a marvelous job.
President Mike Gschwendtner rang the bell at 7:30 A.M. to open the meeting and he gave a very nice invocation.
Pres. Mike began the meeting having the members recite the Five-way Test with the fifth question, “Is it Fun?” We recited the Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S.
GUESTS:
Too much snow; no guests.
Pres. Mike showed pictures of last Thursday’s evening meeting, and one of Herb Klotz, Chris Blechschmidt and the EWB group at Newark Airport on their way to Sierra Leone. Then he added last week’s meeting photos.

The committee’s next meeting is scheduled for Friday January 26th at 7:30 A.M. at the Holiday Inn in Breinigsville.
PARKLAND SNACK PACKING:
P-E Jeanne Shipe is working on a new schedule. The Parkland schools are closed today.

THURSDAY EVENING MEETING:
Jan 25th at the Holiday Inn starting at 5:30 P.M. The program will be a discussion of a new Spring project.
NEXT WEEK:
Our Greeter will be Ihor Fedoriw and the program is Gwenn Carr and Gary Englehardt with a Tempting Taste 4 Update.

PROGRAM:
Today we were to hear new member Gail Micca’s Classification Talk. Gail unfortunately could not attend. Her talk has been rescheduled for February 7th, 2018.
The eight attendees enjoyed their good company and chatted and told stories. This always is fun to do.
CLOSING:
We closed the meeting by reciting the saying “One profits most who serves best.”
