In addition, we will be honoring Peyton Knowles for the Allentown West Rotary Student of the Month. She's a Parkland High School senior in the Plumbing & Heating program at LCTI. She followed in the footsteps of her two older sisters, Paige and Mikayla, who were also in LCTI's Plumbing & Heating program. Peyton is the current SkillsUSA president (PM session) at LCTI and will compete at SkillsUSA District 11 Championships for the second year in a row later this month. In addition, she's on co-op with Mastery Plumbing of Coopersburg. We are very proud of her accomplishments.
